Scholarship Outreach Program for Indigenous Peoples (IP) Communities
Listening to Their Stories
As part of the program, we visited communities and conducted interviews with families and students. Their stories reflect both the difficulties they face and the resilience they carry. Many children continue their studies despite heavy family responsibilities, illnesses in the household, and the financial struggles of parents striving to provide. Some have to care for younger siblings, while others sacrifice personal needs just to stay in school.
Their perseverance reflects not only their resilience but also their deep desire for a better future—reminding us of the importance of our mission: education for all.
Faith as Our Guiding Light
At the heart of this program is the desire to make Jesus known and loved by all. Guided by faith, strengthened by compassion, and sustained through the shared efforts of many, this mission continues to grow—an opportunity for true transformation.
Thank You, Benefactors
Through your support, our scholars now carry the hope of a brighter tomorrow, the chance to break free from poverty, and the ability to uplift their families and communities. Because you believed that every child—regardless of background—deserves the chance to learn, grow, and succeed, you have become an essential part of their journey of faith, hope, and change.
Answering God’s Call to Serve More
With God’s grace guiding our mission, we now look forward with renewed hope: to reach even more young hearts. At present, 30 Indigenous Peoples (IP) children have begun their preparatory schooling—a first step filled with promise. We pray that they may be supported all the way through their educational journey, so that their dreams may unfold fully and their God-given potential may shine.
United in Service
We gratefully acknowledge the individuals and groups whose support made this mission possible:
Teacher Kathleen, for patiently guiding and inspiring students each day.
Community volunteers, especially Ate Rizalyn, for generously sharing their time and efforts in service.
The parish priest of St. Josephine Bakhita Parish - Fr. Rocky Libang, FdCC for his warm welcome and steadfast support of this initiative.
San Pablo Apostol Parish - Tondo volunteers, especially from the Marriage Encounter Ministry, for their willingness to accompany the group on such short notice, serving joyfully and ensuring that the day’s efforts were truly fruitful and productive.
Their dedication and generosity embody the spirit of service and compassion that continues to sustain the Scholarship Outreach Program.
✨ Education for all. Opportunity for all. Hope for the future.
